Brian and all the Crew members at 911 were Amazing.They really made one of the worst thing imaginable, when My wife and I Lost our home and everything we owned.Very professional and I am forever Greatful.I had been told several times,by other contractors,that they just couldn’t get it done For the Amount of our Insurance..Not 911.I still remember what he said when I first Met with him..He said how sorry he was to see us or anyone to have to go through , what was up ahead,and then immediately started putting all the worries on standby…They came up with the plans, working with My wife ,and I.And went to work…After Removal of 11 huge 40 yard dumpsters..I think that was the size of them.ANY WAY,THEY REMOVED EVERYTHING, AND FROM THE BLOCKS UP, BUILT US A COMPLETE NEW Home…Not only was it Better than we imagined,it was done in a very timely Manner,and at no extra expense, other than our contract.. When Ike hit Galvestone coats in September 2008, most homes and establishments suffered flooding, roof and major water damages. 911 Water Damage Experts LLC was there to assist with the hard restoration task, helping Galveston oldest and largest book store “The Galveston Bookshop” among other businesses. The book store suffered a major loss but 911 managed to minimize the damage.
Late on the evening of July 4, 2008 a fire broke out in the kitchen of our church. By the next morning 911 Water Damage Experts LLC was at the site with a large crew working to minimize the smoke damage by their quick response to the incident. They continued to work diligently throughout the week-end and until the project was completed.
I have been using 911 Water Damage Experts LLC for the last year for all of my restoration services. They have been a great help with removing any mold, fire damage and water damage that we have found in any of our listed properties.
